Sending public documents to your client

There are several ways for you to send your client the public-facing documents that are attached to a listing.

  1. When you email a listing (either through an auto email or a manual email), there is an icon in the top right of the detailed report in the client portal that provides access to public documents:

  2.  If you use the Share feature to text/email a link to a listing or post it to social media, the public documents appear towards the bottom of the listing report (in the Additional Info section):

  3. When printing a listing (or group of listings), scroll down towards the bottom of the Print Listings window and put a check in the Include additional docs (Save as PDF only) and Public documents check boxes:

    Make sure to click the Save as PDF button in the top right corner of the window:

    Note: if you click Print (rather than Save as PDF), only the listing will print. The public documents won't be included.

    This generates a PDF that includes both the listing and any public documents that are attached to it. You can then email the PDF to your client and give them everything at one time.
