If you are the designated Broker, Manager or Admin and you need to cancel a listing for an agent within your office (agent do not have the ability to cancel their own listings), go to Add/Edit> Edit Listing Status:
Enter the list number and click Submit:
Select Cancelled from the drop-down menu:
Enter the Cancelled Date and click Save:
The date entered as the cancellation date should be the date that the last signature (either Seller or Broker) was obtained on the cancellation paperwork.
Note: there is no confirmation window after you click Save. The listing will immediately change status to Cancelled and you will be brought back to the connectMLS home page.
