Professional designations

You work hard to earn your professional designations. It is only fair that the MLS system allows you to display them to other agents as well as your clients. 

Designations are one piece of your contact information that is located within your Business Card. Once added, there are several different spots where your designations appear within the connectMLS system:

• When a user performs an Agent Search and clicks your last name to view your business card, they appear at the top of the window:

• They are also visible to other MLS users at the bottom of agent-facing detailed reports (Full Detail, Agent- One Page, Agent Full, etc.):

• Your designations also appear in your email signature:

• And on the My Agent page of the Interactive CMA Presentation:

• When your clients visit their Client Portal, your designations appear on the right side of the Dashboard:

If you need to manage your professional designations, go to your photo/initials in the top right corner of Connect and click My Settings:

Scroll down and click Modify my contact information & online business card:

Use the drop-down list to select the applicable designations (there is a limit of 8):

Remember to click Save when you're finished.
