Remove photos from Realtor.com

*** Realtor.com is not an IDX site, so they do not have to follow the same policy as IDX sites when it comes to photos on permanently off market listings. ***

Once a property has been updated to a permanent off-market status (Closed, Expired, Canceled), the new homeowner can send Realtor.com a request to for the photos to be removed.

Their Customer Care Team can be reached at (800) 878-4166 or customercare@realtor.com.

The new homeowner will be asked to provide documentation showing their name and the property address. Acceptable documents include the home deed, title, recent tax bill, trust documentation, recent HOA statements, or a public record URL (please note that utility bills do not qualify as acceptable documentation). They may also redact any sensitive information.

The owner can also try going to realtor.com and claiming the property as their own. During that process, they can request the images be removed from the listing.
