If the property you are entering on the MLS is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) and you will be entering it as both a Condo and a Single Family, you must enter the Condo listing first, then the Single Family.
There is a business rule for Single Family listings where, if you select Planned Unit Development in the Property Info field (on the Contract tab), the Related MLS Number field (on the Additional Info tab) becomes a required field. You cannot publish the Single Family listing without entering the list number of the Condo listing.
If you happen to enter the Single Family listing first, you'll have to save it as a Draft and then enter (and publish) the Condo listing. Once the Condo listing has been published and you have its MLS number, you can then put that number in the Related MLS Number field on the Single Family listing and publish it.
