Extend expiration date

If the expiration date on your listing is approaching, there are a couple places within Connect that will alert you. These features are in place to help you remember to extend the listing (if the seller wishes to do so) without the listing expiring.

The Bulletins/Updates widget in the upper left corner of the Connect homepage will alert you when you have a listing that will reach its current expiration date within the next 14 days:

Additionally, you can see this information from within the My Listings & Transactions section:

If you have a signed extension with the seller, it is very easy to extend the expiration date.

Go to the Add/Edit menu and click Extend Expiration Date:

Enter the list number and click Submit:

A window will open and display the current expiration date:

You can either click in the field, backspace through the current date and enter the new expiration date manually, or use the calendar icon on the right side of the field to select the updated expiration date.

Click Save Changes when you're finished.
