There are several different ways to see all of the property photos that have been uploaded to a listing.
The quickest way is directly from the List View (single line) report. Just click on the photo on the left side of the report:
All of the listing's photos will display on the subsequent screen:
Use the scroll bar to view all of the photos.
Click any individual photo to view it in full screen mode:
- The photo count in the upper left dispays the photo you are currently viewing, as well as the total number of photos that are uploaded to the listing.
- Click the left arrow to move backwards through the photo carousel one photo at a time.
- Click the right arrow to move forward through the photo carousel one photo at a time.
- Click the play button in the bottom right to start playing the photo carousel. Each photo remains on the screen for about 5 seconds before automatically moving to the next photo.
- Click the X in the upper right of the photo window to close it and get back to the previous screen (where all of the listing's photos display simultaneously).

If you happen to be on the Full Detail report, you have a couple of ways to view the photos:
- Click the photo to open the photo carousel, at which point you can scroll through the large photos one at a time or use the play button to automatically go through the photos.
- Click the View button in the bottom left of the photo to view a gallery of all of the listing's photos. From there, click any photo to view it in full screen mode.
Note: there no print option when viewing the photo carousel or gallery. Those features are strictly for viewing/scrolling through the listing's photos.

There is another option that allows you to not only view all the listing's photos but also print/email them to a client- the Photo Report.
When viewing a listing in one of the detailed reports (Full Detail, Agent- One Page, etc.) click the drop-down menu in the upper left and select Photo Report:
The Photo Report is very basic- it displays the full address of the property, the list price and a gallery of the listing's photos:
As is the case with the other photo galleries discussed earlier in this article, you can click any individual photo on the Photo Report to open the photo carousel and navigate through all of the full screen photos.
The major difference with the Photo Report is the ability to print or email it. Simply use the check box in the upper left (in front of the address) to select the listing, then click the print icon in the upper right of Connect:
Make sure to select the Photo Report from the checklist (you can select multiple reports to print at the same time, if desired) and then click the appropriate button in the upper right:
- Click Print to print the Photo Report.
- If you would like to email the Photo Report, click Save as PDF to save it to your computer. You can then attach the report to an email to your client.
Note: clicking the Email icon will not actually email the Photo Report. All listings sent via the email icon are sent to the Client Portal where they can be viewed in a few different report formats. Unfortunately, the Photo Report is not one of the report formats available in the portal.
