New date fields grid

This grid is designed to help you understand the new date fields in Add/Edit.

• The Start Marketing Date and Start Marketing Date Location fields are only required for:
  • Delayed Listings.
  • Coming Soon Listings that also incorporate a Delayed period. 
     
• If your Coming Soon listing does not include a delayed period (the listing is published to the MLS as Coming Soon within 48 hours of the Contract Effective Date), the Start Marketing Date and Start Marketing Date Location fields will not appear during listing entry.
   
• The Start Marketing Date Location options are:
  • Listing Agreement.
  • Delayed Listing/Start Marketing Addendum.
