Subscriber Agreement/Participant Agreement EULA process

With the removal of the REALTOR requirement as of 1/1/26, we have updated the Subscriber and Participant Agreements that are traditionally completed when joining SmartMLS (the Subscriber Agreement is for agents and appraisers and the Participant Agreement is completed by the designated Broker of an office). 

All SmartMLS members must electronically accept the latest version of the agreement.

We've implemented a process whereby the new Agreements appear in a popup window as soon as you log into the SmartMLS website:

There are three options:

1. I Accept electronically accepts the agreement and brings the user directly into the Member Dashboard.
2. I Decline immediately closed the window and prevents the user from accessing the Member Dashboard. They will not be able to access any products, services or resources until they accept the agreement.
3. Remind Me Later bypasses the EULA and brings the user into the Member Dashboard. This can only be done a total of two times. After the second time, the Remind Me Later option disappears and the user only has the option of accepting or declining.

Once the EULA is accepted, the user can download and print a copy of the agreement by clicking their name in the top right corner of the Dashboard and clicking Download EULA: 

That downloads a timestamped copy of the agreement to their browser's downloads folder:

Note: the update to these Agreements are the first in a series of revisions the documents will be going through over the course of the next several months. Each time a revision is made and a new version of the agreement is available, all users must repeat the process.
