Add comps to an existing CMA

Have you ever spent a lot of time creating a CMA (finding the perfect comps, creating adjustments, etc.) and, shortly thereafter, stumble across a brand new listing that would be an ideal comp?

Thankfully, it is simple to add additional comps to an exiting CMA in Connect.

Once you have entered all of your search criteria, click View Results to see the matching listings. Use the checkboxes on the left side of the screen to select the listings you would like to use as comps, then click the button in the upper right:

You will then get a popup window that gives you the option of adding the listings as comparable properties to an existing CMA or creating a brand new CMA:

Locate the desired CMA you'd like to add the listing(s) to and click the Add button.  

That will open up the existing CMA and bring you directly to the Comparables section. The selected listing(s) will automatically appear in the correct section (based on status).
