Suppress public records information (Daniel's Law)

In accordance with The Daniel Anderl Judicial Security Act (also known as Daniel's Law), the SmartMLS will suppress the tax data record report of anyone who had requested their record be suppressed on the municipal level.

If your client's record is suppressed on the municipal level and isn't in SmartMLS Tax records, please complete the attached masking request form, email tax@smartmls.com and we will initiate the process.

You will be notified once the suppression is completed.
