Connect custom report/export enhancements

All users can now add the Seller Concessions Amount field to searches, custom reports and exports.
When exporting a custom report that includes the List Office Name field, the exported file is no longer completely blank. The List Office Name field is present and correctly populated.
Users can now add the Seller Concessions Description field to their searches and custom reports.
If you have added the Buyer Agent Name and/or Co-Buyer Agent Name fields to a custom report, the information for these fields is now included when you export the custom report.
You can now add the Buyer Office Name field to a custom Cross Property report.
When exporting a custom report, the file that is generated no longer has a very long, cryptic file name. The file name now includes the name of the custom report and the date & time it was created.
When exporting closed listings to a 1-Line report (spreadsheet), the List/Closed Price field now displays both prices in the same cell, but they are clearly marked. (ex= LP: $500,000 CP: $495,000).
When using Modify Columns to create a custom report, there is now only one instance of the Property Type field. The duplicate Property Type field has been removed
If you create a custom 1-line report and use the RATIO Close Price by Original LP field, it no longer has a typo in it (Close Pirce/OLP). It correctly says Close Price/OLP.
Toolkit CMA- when exporting listings using the Toolkit CMA fields and the Excel or Excel 2007+ format, each listing field occupies its own cell on the spreadsheet.
Exporting listings from a Favorites folder no longer results in blank forms. It works for all four export formats.
