Connect saved search/auto email enhancements

  • The Quick Filter in the Prospecting Manager now allows you to search by Search Names that have multiple words.

  • The Extend Expiration Date button now works for individual or multiple saved searches.

  • Prospect Manager: tool tips have been added when you mouseover the icons (Active, Disabled-Manual, Disabled- Spam, Disabled- Expired).

  • When creating a new saved search or working with an existing saved search, the Expires On field (where you can extend/shorten the expiration date of the search in increments of 30 days) has been enhanced:
    • It defaults to 180 days from the current date (when creating the saved search).
    • You cannot set the expiration date to earlier than the current date.
    • You cannot set the upper limit to more than 180 days from the current date.

  • Automatic saved searches (including Screener searches) can now be disabled/enabled. There is a new Status field on the Prospecting Manager that provides an easy glimpse as to whether a search is active or disabled.

  • When saving an automatic search, the expiration date defaults to 180 days from the current date. A + button has also been added to make it easier to add days (in increments of 30) to the expiration date.

  • In the Prospecting Manager, if you open a search (by clicking its name) and then use the back arrow in the top left to go back to Prospecting, you are now brought directly back to where you were (same page, same sort order, etc.) before you opened the search. Previously, it was bringing the user back to the opening screen of Prospecting Manager, forcing them to lose the spot where they had been.

  • You can now save a search that includes Closed listings without having to set a date range (you can leave the date range fields blank and essentially look back until around 1995 for closed listings). Before this fix, if you included Closed listings and did not specify a date range, the saved search would reset to 365-0 when you opened it.

  • Each page in the Prospecting Manager accommodates 40 searches. The Prev/Next buttons at the top of the screen that allow you to navigate between pages of searches should show the group that you’re currently viewing (1-40, 41-80, etc.).

  • There is a new Quick Filter in the upper left of the Prospecting Manager that allows you to search through your saved searches more efficiently.

  • Saved searches can now be extended up to 180 days from the current date.

  • Items in the Screening section of the Saved Searches widget should no longer be in bold if there are 0 To Do.
