Connect search enhancements

 

  • The Zip Code field (within the default Address field) now functions properly and finds matches. It yields the same results as using Add/Remove Fields to add the standalone Zip Code field to the search.
     
  • When using map layers (such as City), you can now add up to 20 (using Add to Filters) and save the search and all of them will still be present when you load the saved search from the Prospecting Manager. Previously, it was not working for more than 10 layers. 
     
  • The NRDS ID field is only visible and searchable for MLS Staff and MLS Admins. Users without these privileges can no longer search for or see NRDS ID information.
     
  • The Complex field has been replaced on the default SF&CO search screen and single line report with the Subdivision/Complex field.
     
  • When drawing a map shape, the Search While Moving Map feature is now being disabled. Prior to this fix, it was not disabled when trying to draw a map shape and was interfering with functionality (the map shape was disappearing if you clicked Hide Map then Show Map again).
     
  • The Advanced Options feature (Must have 1 or more, Must NOT have ANY, and Must have ALL) has been added to the Waterfront Description search field.
     
  • If you add the List Agent Name, Co-List Agent Name, List Office Name or Co-List Office Name field to a search and turn on the Advanced Options toggle, none of the fields have the Does Not Contain or Does Not Equal options.
     
  • When searching by address in the SmartBar, suggested matches should appear based on status- ACTV> CS> UC-CTS> UC> CLSD> TEMP> EXPD> CANC> WITH.
     
  • Resolved an intermittent issue where the number of matches that appears in the top right of the search screen didn’t always match the number of listings that appear when viewing the results.
     
  • Out-of-state listings now appear as suggestions when entering addresses in the Proximity and Center On fields (CT properties will appear before out-of-state properties).
     
  • When searching in the SmartBar for properties that have been listed multiple times, Active listings should appear before off market listings (listings are sorted by status and status date).
     
  • You can search for street names in the SmartBar using the strnm keyword (strnm old gate); you can also search by city using the city keyword (city milford).
     
  • When searching by the Office ID(s)- for Office’s Combined Listing & Sales Activity field, duplicate listings are no longer included in the search results.
     
  • The SmartBar has been enhanced to better support address searches. For instances where a property has been listed on the MLS multiple times, the listings should display in order based on their status (ACTV, CS, UC-CTS, UC, CLOSED, TEMP, EXPD, CANC, WITH) and status date.
     
  • When entering an address in the Proximity field that could have more than one unit (such as a multi-family property), it will only return one match. There will not be a separate match for each unit.
     
  • The agent and photographer lookup fields are once again functioning as expected.
     
  • When going to Search> Teams> Team Member and searching by a Team Lead’s agent ID, the Team ID field on the subsequent report is a hyperlink that opens the Team Business Card.
     
  • 1004 Market Conditions Addendum- the County and City drop-down lists work the same whether or not the user enables Advanced Search Options.
     
  • The Complex field (on the SF & CO search) has been enhanced with wildcard functionality to help find older listings that were entered into the MLS prior to the creation of the Condo Complex Dictionary. As you type in the field, it pulls up a list of suggested complexes from the dictionary (this works great for newer/active listings). You can also just search on the string of characters you entered if there are no matches from the dictionary (this is helpful when searching for older listings that are not using complexes from the Dictionary).
     
  • The Add/Edit Fields list was displaying two Baths Total fields, each mapped to a different field (one was Full/Half Baths and the other was total bathrooms). Now, the Full/Half field is labeled Baths, and the total bathrooms field is labeled Baths Total.
     
  • Users should get the same results when searching for an MLS number in the Smart Bar as they do when they go to Search> MLS Number.
     
  • When performing a Roster search, agents should no longer display more than once (this was happening when agents were inactive on one Team and active on another).
     
  • There are now lookups for the Agent and Office ID fields on the Agent Production Report search screen.
     
  • There was an issue with the 06078 zip code (in Suffield) where users would get different results if they used the zip code in their search vs using the postal code map layer. The searches are now working properly and returning accurate results.
     
  • Market Trends- there is now a thousands check box for the Price field that can be disabled for Rental searches and enabled for all other for sale property types.
     
  • Using any combination of the bedrooms and bathrooms fields (including bedrooms on main floor) during searches no longer slows performance.
     
  • Using the Advanced Options on the Property Info, Style and Garage & Parking fields no longer prevents the search from delivering the correct results.
     
  • If you used the Proximity field during your search, the proximity information will be included if you print the 1 Line Summary report.
     
  • You can now search for open houses based on their status- Active, Ended or Canceled.
     
  • Users can now add the RentSpree Y/N field to a Residential Rental search and be able to filter search results based on the field.
     
  • The Direct Waterfront Y/N and Waterfront Description fields work properly when added to a search and custom report.
     
  • When using Add/Remove Fields in a Cross Property search, there used to be two different options for adding the closed date field (Close Date and Closed Date). There is now only one option- Close Date.
     
  • You can now add the DOM and CDOM fields to a Hotsheet search screen.
     
  • You can now draw a rectangle shape on a map in any direction (up and to the right, up and to the left, down and to the right, down and to the left) without getting an error.
     
  • UC-CTS and Coming Soon listings are now included when a list agent runs Reverse Prospecting for their listing.
     
  • For instances where a listing has undergone multiple price changes within 15 days, the listing is only appearing once when searching for price changes.
     
  • Screener Search- when viewing the results, clicking Edit Search> Edit Filters brings you to the search page (not to a results page with zero listings).
     
  • On the Tour/Open House search screen, the First/Repeat/Live Stream options in the Details field now work properly.
     
  • Status has been added as a default field on the Office Search screen. It has also been added as a default field on the Office Search Results report.
     
  • Selecting the Polygon map shape does not change the zoom level of your map. Selecting the polygon tool disables the Search While Moving Map setting.
     
  • Switching from Show Map to Search to Map Results does not change the zoom level.
     
  • The Primary Bedroom has Full Bath search field is now working regardless of which floor the room is on (previously, it was only working when the bedroom was on the main floor).
     
  • Clicking the polygon map drawing tool should not change the zoom level of the map. Previously, if you had zoomed in to a specific spot on the map and then clicked the polygon tool, it would zoom back out to the entire state. This should no longer happen.
     
  • After running a search and selecting some listings, clicking Show Map/Show Filters/Show List does not de-select the chosen listings.
     
  • The Withdrawn Date is now being recorded for instances where a listing automatically moves from TEMP> WITH after 14 days. This makes it possible to search for listings based on the date they went WITH.
     
  • You can now reverse prospect for Coming Soon listings.
     
  • When viewing the List View and Map with the Search while moving map option selected, the screen no longer repeatedly reloads.
     
  • The blank field at the bottom of the list of currently used fields (in Add/Remove Fields) has been removed.
