Connect email enhancements

  • Listing expiration notification emails are now being sent to list agents when the expiration date of their listing has reached the threshold they have configured (3 days, 7 days, etc.).

  • If you BCC yourself on an auto email, clicking the View Details button on your copy of the email no longer registers a Viewed timestamp for the search in the Prospecting Manager. The Viewed timestamp only correlates with the client viewing the listing from their Portal. The same applies if you go to your Clients list and click View in Portal (it does not register a viewed timestamp).

  • Email Template Defaults- when creating or editing the New/Changed Listing Notification template, your changes are now saving properly.

  • Agent First Name can now be inserted when creating/editing email templates.

  • Screener searches have been enhanced to show agents when a property has already been manually emailed to the client.

  • Using the One-Time Email feature from the CMA Summary Report/Quick Statistics icon no longer generates a 404 error.

  • Fixed an issue where clients at Yahoo email addresses were unable to access PDF attachments that are included in Connect emails.

  • You can now differentiate between how an email was sent to a client (manual, automatic, screened) by going to Clients, selecting the desired client and then clicking Listings> History.

  • When viewing the To Do list for a Screener search, the last listing is no longer cut off at the bottom of the list.

  • When emailing the CMA Summary report, it no longer takes a long time (15+ seconds) to open the report when you click the link in the email or access it from the Client Activity widget or Client Portal.

  • When emailing more than 10 listings, the wording at the bottom of the email (Only 10 of your property matches are displayed above) is now the same on the client copy as it is on the agent BCC email.

  • The View All Listings link has been upgraded to a larger, more visible button to make it easier for recipients to know where to click to view the listings that were emailed.

  • When emailing the Brochure, the photos no longer overlap the report’s text.

  • When sending the Agent Full report as a one-time email, recipients can use the arrows to view a slideshow of the photos, but clicking on the large photo or map no longer attempt to open a new window (they are not supposed to be clickable links).

  • When emailing a listing with the One-Time Email feature, the default listing report is now the Full Detail- Client rather than the Full Detail (agent version).

  • Withhold from MLS (WFMLS) listings cannot be sent via the One-Time Email feature. An error is generated when you try to email a WFMLS listing. If it is among several other, non-WFMLS listings, the error will still come up regarding the WFMLS listing, but you will still be able to send the other, non-WFMLS listings in your email.

  • When emailing your clients listings or sending them a message from Connect, you can now include attached files to your message.

  • All photos display properly when viewing a listing that was sent via the Share link.

  • When emailing properties, you have the option to Attach Listing Reports as PDF. This is now working (except when emailing listings to Yahoo addresses. DynaConnections is aware of this and have opened a new ticket to address this shortcoming. There is currently no ETA on that fix).

  • You can now manually email expired listings without encountering an error.

  • The Share (Public Listing Link) feature no longer includes unselected listings or listings from a previous search.

  • When using the One-Time Email feature, the Parking Space Detail and Garage Type fields now display the data correctly rather than using a placeholder ($PARKINGSPACE_DETAIL or $GARAGETYPE_DETAIL).

  • You can set the maximum number of listings that can be sent to a client in a single search by going to My Settings> My Defaults> Prospecting Defaults. If your search results in more listings than the maximum you have set, unless you filter it down and get rid of the listings that are over the limit, Connect will randomly select and send the max number of listings from your search results. You cannot send more than the maximum number of listings in one email.

  • The report options you see when selecting one-time email in the Favorites folder now match the report options you see when selecting one-time email from search results.

  • When emailing listings from the CMA Summary Report, the address in the Subject line is formatted correctly (street number displays before the street name).

  • The Agent View (Login required) link on the agent BCC of an auto email now functions the same way as it does from a manual search BCC email.

  • In an agent BCC email, the Agent View link now brings you to the listing (rather than to the home page).
