Connect report enhancements

 

  • The Thumbnail report now displays both the List Price and Close Price for Closed listings.
     
  • The Virtually Staged watermark has been updated for better location and appearance on photos regardless of their size. For thin portrait-orientation photos, the Virtually Staged watermark appears directly above the SmartMLS watermark in the bottom center.
     
  • For listings in Rocky Hill where there is no tax record information, it now says No info available instead of displaying strange code when you click on a parcel from the map.
     
  • When you access the Tax Report (either by going to Additional Info> Tax Report or by clicking the parcel on a map), there is now a disclaimer at the bottom that includes a tax data error reporting link.
     
  • You can now access all your custom reports from the search results, regardless of the type of search you ran. Custom reports are no longer tied solely to the property type.
     
  • LP $/Sqft and SP $/Sqft calculations have been added to the CMA Summary Report and Quick Stats.

     

  • The behind-the-scenes process for linking tax records to listings has been updated to be more consistent (there were issues linking the tax record when the address on the listing doesn’t match the address on the tax record).
     
  • The Full Detail report for Business for Sale listings has been updated to include:
    • Special District Tax- Building Info section
    • Built Out Allowance Available- Business Info section
    • Additional Space Available- Structural/Parking Info section
    • Annual Sewer Usage Fee- Utility Info section
    • Road Frontage Feet Approx.- Lot & Location section
       
  • The Full Detail report for Commercial Lease listings has been updated to include:
    • Business Name, Year Business Established, Number of Employees, Seating Capacity, Conforming Use, Business Licenses- Business section
    • Potential Use- Lease Info section
    • Additional Space Available Y/N- Structural/Parking section
    • Traffic Count, Road Frontage Feet Approx.- Lot & Location
    • Annual Sewer Fee/Assessment- Utility Info section
    • Business Included YNNego, Acceptable Financing- Listing Info section
       
  • Two fields have been added to the CMA Summary Report and Quick Stats:

    • List Price per Square Foot (LP$/Sqft)
    • Sold Price per Square Foot (SP$/Sqft)

     

  • The disclaimer that appears at the bottom of the Brochure report matches the disclaimer on all other reports.
     
  • The Quick CMA/Stats report is now displaying charts and graphs for UC-CTS, UC and Closed listings.
     
  • The agent information section on the bottom left of the Brochure has been updated (office address has been removed, all fields are bold, black text, the agent name is larger than all other text, the grey background has been made a lighter shade). This applies to all property types.
     
  • The Brochure report type has been added to:
    • Commercial for Sale
    • Business for Sale
    • Multi-Family for Sale
    • Lots and Land
    • Commercial Lease
       
  • It is now available for all property types (it had previously only been added to the SF & CO and Rental property types).
  • The Brochure report is available from the results of a SmartBar search, a Cross property search and an MLS Number/Quick Search.
     
  • drop-down arrow has been added next to the 3-Up Comparison icon (in the top left corner of reports) to indicate there are additional reports (Agent/Client Brief and Brief with Remarks) that are accessible from there. This feature is available for SF & CO, Rental, Commercial for Sale and Cross Property searches.
     
  • The Brochure report has been added to the Residential Rental property type.
     
  • Every property type search now has its own 3-Up Comparison report. In addition, there is a 3-Up Comparison report available for the results of Tour/Open House, Hot Sheet, Company Inventory and Favorites searches.
     
  • Commercial Lease/Sale and Business for Sale listings now correctly display the values entered in the Sewage System field.
     
  • Sorting on the Address field has been fixed.
     
  • The SqFt information that appears on the Tour/Open House Details report now maps directly from the SQFT Est Heated Above Grade field in Add/Edit.
     
  • The Proximity field only appears on the one-line report if it was used during the search (it is automatically added to the report). It cannot be added manually to a custom report.
     
  • A drop-down menu has been added to the one-line report that allows users to determine how many listings appear per page (25/50/100/200/500). There is also a continuous scrolling option, which is what has been present all along.
     
  • Sorting listings on the Proximity field now works properly even when one of the matches is 0 miles from the subject address (this happens when you enter the address of an active listing in the proximity field).
     
  • Searching and sorting on DOM is working once again (this was hotfixed between scheduled releases).
     
  • When editing a custom report, the fields that appear in the Currently Selected Fields column accurately show the fields that are currently on the custom report rather than those that are on the system default report.
     
  • The duplicate address and list price fields have been removed from the new Brochure report.
     
  • The Street Number Extension field should now display on all reports and can be added to all search screens and custom reports.
     
  • A new Brochure report has been created. It appears in the Print Listings window and the Send One-Time Email feature. It is currently only available from a SF & CO search.
     
  • There is now a 3-Up Report for Residential Rental listings.
     
  • You can now reliably sort listings by the Property Type column. Previously, there were inconsistent results when sorting on Property Type.
     
  • If the buyer’s agent on a UC-CTS or UC listing was changed, the previous buyer agent’s team was still appearing on the Agent Full- Classic report. That has been fixed so all reports will show the new buyer agent’s team.
     
  • When creating a Property Flyer for a listing, the Remarks section was not automatically populating to the remarks section of the Flyer. This has been fixed.
     
  • The HOA Information section of the Full Detail report no longer disappears when you use the Client-Friendly toggle to switch to the client version of the report.
     
  • The Street Suffix (post-direction) is no longer missing from the address on Tour/Open House reports.
     
  • When a listing switches from Coming Soon to Active, the DOM/CDOM field is set to 0/0 (unless the CDOM carries over from a previous listing).
     
  • When a tax record has been updated, the tax information will automatically update on any active status listings associated with the tax record.
     
  • When viewing a listing in the Bird’s Eye View (from the Additional Info menu), you can toggle the points of interest on/off by hovering your mouse over Satellite (in the upper left) and using the Labels check box.
     
  • The Market Conditions Addendum (1004MC) report is now using DOM instead of CDOM.
     
  • Gallery and Thumbnail reports have been improved to display the next two upcoming open house and broker tour events (each). If there are more than 2 upcoming events for either event, they will display on the full tour report.
     
  • When clicking the office ID in the List Office w/B Card column (on the single line report), the office business card now displays all office managers (under the Managing Broker label).
     
  • Agent Production Detail- the Office ID field on the search screen is no longer case sensitive. You can type any combination of upper/lower case letters and it will still function properly.
     
  • When a tour/open house is canceled, it immediately disappears from the listing.
     
  • Market Conditions Addendum Report- the Style field is now returning the proper results whether or not Advanced Options is enabled. Prior to this fix, it would include styles (such as mobile home) that you did not select during your search.
     
  • The First/Repeat feature for tours/open houses is no longer ignoring events that occurred in the past. Prior to this fix, Connect would only look at existing events when setting the First/Repeat label (if there were no upcoming events, it would automatically set the next event added as First, even if there had already been events that had already occurred.)
     
  • When viewing Commercial listings in the Full Detail, the property type field appears underneath the status (previously the sub-property type was displaying instead).
     
  • The Quick Stats/Charts are now correctly broken down by property type and status. The language (using Under Contract instead of Pending, etc.) should mirror what is seen throughout Connect.
     
  • When viewing properties on a map and zoomed in so the Tax Parcel layer is visible, clicking within a parcel should display a card (popup window) with the owner and address information.
     
  • In the CMA Summary Report and Charts/Quick Stats, each CMA Quick Stats section now has a Sum field that displays the total list price volume (if you’re viewing Closed listings, it will also display the total sales price volume).
     
  • In the CMA Summary and Charts/Quick Stats, the SQFTMU field label has been updated to SqFT AbvGr and is now using the above grade square footage from listings. Previously, it had been using total square feet, which was leading to conflicting results when compared to the same report in Matrix.
     
  • Tax information (Property Tax/Special District Tax, Assessed Value, Mil Rate and Tax Year) has been suppressed from reports for Co-Op properties.
     
  • When viewing the results of an Office search, the Main Office ID (labeled as Main) is now included next to the Office ID field. The Office ID field is a clickable link that opens the office business card (which also displays the main office). Additionally, clicking the Office Name (Off Nm) field displays the office roster.
     
  • When the address on a listing matches that which is on the parcel record, you should be able to access the tax data regardless of whether you click the parcel ID link on the Full Detail report, go to Additional Info and click Tax Report, or click the parcel on the map and click the Tax Report link. You should not get the Unable to locate public records for this parcel error message.
     
  • The Show drop-down menu (used to view Selected, Unselected or All search results) has been updated to always display the word show regardless of the selection you’ve made (it used to switch to match your selection- Selected, Unselected or All).
     
  • Seller’s Net Proceeds- you can now change and save any of the default values on the charges table by clicking Click here to save these estimates as your defaults. Note: the Restore Defaults button works, but only if you have not clicked the link to save as your new defaults. Once you have changed the values and saved as your new defaults, you cannot reset all fields back to their defaults (this is working as intended and will not change).
     
  • When viewing Rental listings in the Galley View, the words For Sale should no longer appear as part of the sub property type (it was previously showing as Multi-Family Rental For Sale).
     
  • The CMLSNOUSER/CMLSNOIMPORTER placeholder agents have been removed from the Market Share Report.
     
  • The word Compensation has been removed from the section headers of the Agent Full, Agent Full- Classic and Agent- One Page reports.
     
  • Tour/Open House Comments display on all reports that display open house information. You can have separate comments for tours than for open houses (if you have both on the same listing), but you still cannot have separate comments for multiple events of the same nature (if you have 3 upcoming open houses scheduled, you cannot have different comments for each one. All three open houses will show the same comments. This will be dealt with in a future update.
     
  • For properties that are using 999999999 as their parcel ID, the Parcel ID field is not a clickable link. Additionally, these listings do not have a Tax Report option in Additional Info.
     
  • On the Market Share Report, the Close Date date range now defaults to 1/1/25 in the Begins field.
     
  • CRS (SmartMLS Tax) square footage information is correctly populating to the corresponding public records sqft fields (Unfinished Basement, Partially Finished Basement, Finished Basement, Living Area).
     
  • Street Types are now spelled out rather than being abbreviated on reports. Additionally, the state of CT is now abbreviated rather than being spelled out completely.
     
  • On Residential Rental listings, the Apply with RentSpree link now opens in a new window (preventing the user from losing their spot in Connect).
     
  • Tours/Open Houses now display as first or repeat based on their date & time rather than when they were added.
     
  • The Market Share Report has been fixed so it generates Average Sales Price even when the number of listings is less than 1 (0.5, for example). It no longer shows $0 for the Avg Price.
     
  • The Agent Production Report is now sorted in ascending order by Closed Date and the column is wide enough so the dates don’t word wrap to a second line. Additionally, Ratio fields have been removed from the Add/Remove Fields section of the search screen.
     
  • The Purchase Contract Date field has been added to the Listing & Property History Report.
     
  • Tour/Open House Comments display on both the agent and client versions of the Tour/Open House Details reports.
     
  • When viewing listings on a map, the zoom level responds appropriately when switching between Map Results, Search, Show Map, Hide Map, etc. It shouldn’t reset to the middle of the state or to a location that has nothing to do with the properties you are viewing, regardless of how you use the buttons in the upper left of the map.
     
  • When viewing listings in any of the four Brief reports (Agent Brief, Agent Brief w/Remarks, Client Brief, Client Brief w/Remarks), the address hyperlink and pin icon both open the map; clicking the photo opens the photo carousel; hovering your mouse over the Status field no longer gives the impression that it is a clickable link; clicking the list price opens the mortgage calculator.
     
  • When a listing goes from UC-CTS> UC> CLOSED, the DOM figure on the listing was sometimes not matching the DOM that showed within the Listing & Property History. They ran a script to retroactively fix these inconsistencies.
     
  • The Market Share Report no longer requires at least two Agent IDs to be run.
     
  • DOM figures have been cleaned up in the Listing & Property History for listings that went from Active> TEMP so it aligns with the DOM on the listing.
     
  • The Dollar Volume for Closed listings was inaccurate in the Market Trends Report because of a loophole that was allowing cents to be entered when marking a listing Closed. This loophole has been closed.
     
  • Agent Production Detail report- credit was being calculated incorrectly for buyer agents who were also the list/co-list agent on the transaction. This has been fixed.
     
  • The formatting (font size, spacing, etc.) of Tour/Open House date and time information has been updated to match the rest of the report.
     
  • On the List View (single line) report, when you sort on the DOM column listings, with 0 DOM now appear at the top of the list.
     
  • When viewing a listing on a map, the location pin remains regardless of which view (bird’s eye, aerial or road) you switch to.
