If you have set up an automatic email and would like to turn it off (either temporarily or permanently), click the Propsecting Manager icon in the upper right corner:
Make sure the Saved Search Types drop-down menu is set to Automated-Active, locate the desired search and click the Edit pencil on the right side of the screen.
When the Save Search window opens, scroll down to the Automatic Search Status and put a dot in front of Disabled:
Click the Save Changes button (either in the top right or the bottom right).
The search is now disabled and will no longer automatically send your client emails.
It will appear with a next to it in the Prospecting Manager:

If you have disabled an automatic email and would like to turn it back on, go to the Prospecting Manager, locate the desired search (make sure to select All from the Saved Search Types drop-down menu in the upper left) and click the Edit pencil on the right side:
Scroll down to the Automatic Search Status field and put a dot in front of Enabled:
Additionally, use the +/- buttons directly underneath to set the search's new expiration date. It shows the current date as the expiration date until you set a new one. Each time you click the + it advances the date 30 days. You can set the date up to 180 days in the future. You can also use the calendar to choose a specific expiration date (instead of jumping 30 days at a time).
Click Save Changes when you're finished.
The search will now have a next to it in the Prospecting Manager, denoting that it is an active auto email:
