Year Built on listings

SmartMLS uses the year built on the field card issued by the town assessor. If there is an effective or renovation year built on the field card, agents are permitted to use that date on their listings.

Any questions about the year built being incorrect on the official field card issued by the town assessor must be answered by either the assessor's office or the municipal building department.
