Tax record is not showing a Year Built or Square Feet

When there is more than one structure with livable space on a single parcel, the tax record does not include the following for any structure:

• Year built
• Square footage info
• Parcel characteristics
• Total rooms, bedrooms, baths

If you enter a listing of this nature, the Public Records fields on the Structural tab will say Data Not Available and will be inaccessible:

Please remember to describe the square footage of the listing in the SQFT Description field. If you fail to do so, you will get an error message when you click Validate for Publishing.

Note: the public records square footage fields (the ones that show Data Not Available during Add/Edit) will be blank on the listing.
