Print your own listing without the Expiration Date

If you want to print out a copy of your listing without the Expiration Date field appearing on the printout (to hand out at an Open House, for instance), you have a couple of options:

  1. Print out any of the Client reports (Full Detail- Client, or Client Full, Client- One Page, etc.). The Expiration Date field is not on any client-facing displays.

  2. Have another agent in your office print out your listing in one of the agent-facing detailed reports (Full Detail, Agent Full, etc.). Since agents can only see the Expiration Date on their own listings, if another agent prints your listing for you, the Expiration Date will not be visible.

Do not print out the agent-facing detailed reports of your own listings when you are logged in as yourself. Since it is your listing, the Expiration Date field will be visible (both on screen and in the printout).
