Change Sales Data

The Change Sales Data form is convenient for helping to maintain your UC-CTS and Under Contract listings. It is a great tool if you need to extend the Proposed Closing Date or add a CoBuyer Agent or Team.

Note: you can also access recently closed listings with the Change Sales Data form, but only within 30 days of the listing being marked Closed on the MLS. After 30 days, the system does not allow any changes to be made to closed listings. After the 30-day window, please contact SmartMLS to discuss any adjustments that you'd like to make.

Go to Add/Edit> Change Sales Data:

Enter the appropriate MLS number and click Submit:

Once the form opens, make the necessary changes and click Save Changes when you're done:
