Setup your listing to syndicate on the internet (IDX sites)

When you are entering a listing, there is a field on the Additional Info tab called Display This Listing on These Websites that allows you choose how you'd like the listing to syndicate to brokerage websites (also known as IDX sites) and consumer portals. This allows you to expand the overall audience that can see the property instead of it only being visible on the MLS:

Selecting IDX Sites will syndicate the listing to all brokerage and agent websites.
Note: Zillow is a brokerage, so they are included when you choose IDX Sites.

If you select either of the top two check boxes (IDX Sites and/or Realtor.com), make sure not to select None as well.

You can adjust your syndication options as often as need be.

SmartMLS data feeds include all property types. While all sites in the drop-down list have access to all of our property types, each one determines which they want to display. Most sites that receive our data are strictly residential and will only display Single Family, Condo, Multi Family and Land. However, some will also display other, non-residential properties (such as Commercial, Business, etc.).

We have no influence over what property types these downstream sites choose to display.

When viewing your own listing, you can see the syndication selections you have made for the property as well as those syndication destinations that your office has permitted:

When you're looking at another agent's listing (and when other agents look at your listing) the syndication selections are not visible:
