If you were working with a client but they no longer need your services, you can easily set them to Inactive within Connect so they no longer receive auto emails from you.
Start off by clicking the Clients icon in the upper right:
Click the name of the client you would like to make inactive.
When their dashboard opens, click Edit in the upper left:
Go down to the Status drop-down arrow, select Inactive, then click Save:
Click OK on the confirmation window:
You're all set!
