Access the SmartMLS Forms library

The easiest place to access the SmartMLS Forms library from within connectMLS is by clicking the Forms menu at the top of the screen (next to the Add/Edit menu):

Click the SmartMLS Forms option to go directly to the section of our SmartDesk where all of our blank forms are stored:

Note: many of these forms are now fillable online. There are still a few that are blank copies of the form that you can download and fill out by hand (they are not fillable online). 

Our forms are conveniently grouped together by type (Listing forms, Membership forms, etc.) to help you locate the desired form quickly.

Click any article to display a preview of the form. If that is the form you need, you can click on the image of the form to download it. A blank copy of the form is also attached to each article.

You can also access SmartMLS forms from the SmartMLS Member Dashboard (the screen that comes up after you go to www.smartmls.com and login with your ID and password):
