Change price on a TEMP or WITH listing

If you have a listing in the Temporary off Market (TEMP) or Withdrawn (WITH) status, you will not have the option to change the price while the listing is off market. Price changes can only be made to listings that are currently on the market.

Go to Add/Edit> Edit Listing Status:

Use the Change Status To: drop-down menu in the upper right to select Back on Market: 

Once the listing is back on the market, you can then go to Add/Edit> Edit Listing Price and adjust the list price accordingly.
