Can saved searches be moved from Connect to Matrix?

The short answer is no. There is no process to copy saved searches/auto emails from Connect to Matrix.

Longer answer:

Prior to our transition from Matrix to connectMLS on 2/27/24, we had a mechanism in place to copy all contacts, saved searches and auto emails from the Matrix system to the new Connect system.

That process was turned off when the conversion was compete and no longer runs. 

If you have chosen to keep using Matrix, any new clients, saved searches or auto emails you add post-conversion will not copy over to Connect. 

Additionally, any clients, saved searches or auto emails you add to Connect will not copy over to Matrix. You would have to manually add them to Matrix yourself.
