Changing the price when marking a listing Under Contract

If you have an accepted offer for a different price than the listing's current list price, you should not change the list price when you mark the listing UC-CTS or UC.

If you do so, the listing will show as Increased (or Decreased). The listing history will also show that there was a price change, when technically there was none.

You have an opportunity to enter the correct sales price when you mark the listing Closed.
