Cancel a Foreclosure listing

If a property that is in foreclosure needs to be canceled, we do not need the (former) owner/seller's signature. Often, this person is no longer around, or, at minimum, they're not interested in cooperating with anything related to their former property.

In these instances, either the office Broker/Manager/Admin can just cancel the listing, or the agent can email the Listing Change Form and just write FORECLOSED where the owner's signature would be.
