List a garage space/boat slip/dock

You may enter a garage space, boat slip or dock on the MLS as a Condo for Rent or Condo for Sale property type.  

There will not be a corresponding tax record for it, so use 999999999 as the Parcel ID.

When entering such a listing, please enter 0 (zero) for the number of bedrooms and baths (full and partial). You must enter at least 1 for number of Rooms. For square footage fields, please just enter 50.  

Please do not fill up these fields with 9s.

Additionally, make sure to use the Remarks field to explain that this is just a garage space/boat slip/dock and not an actual condo for rent.
