Inputting a Co-Op listing

Because the Parcel ID for any Co-Op is for the entire property (the individual units do not have their own Parcel IDs), you must do the following when entering a Co-Op listing in connectMLS:

  • Use 999999999 as the parcel ID from which to fill.
  • Use the mailing address for the unit as the listing address.
  • Enter 0 (zero) for the assessment and tax amount (the taxes for any Co-Op unit are paid through the common charges).
  • Enter the correct mil rate and tax year.

If you'd like, you can enter the Parcel ID for the entire Co-Op and tax address in the Agent Only Remarks field.
