If you log into www.smartmls.com and the Member Dashboard comes up but you cannot click on any of the tiles, it is likely that you (or your office) have been shut off.

In addition to not being able to click on any of the tiles, there will be a message in the Balances section in the upper right corner notfiying you that your access is inactive and that, if you have past due invoices, you can click the payment link to settle them and restore your access.
If you are up-to-date with your own invoices (your balance due is $0) but still cannot click any of the tiles on the Dashboard, it is likely that the problem has to do with your office rather than yourself. If this is the case, please have your Broker/Manager contact our Membership department. Even if you are all paid up and have no problems with your personal account, you will lose access to MLS services if your office has been turned off. The quicker your Broker/Manager contacts us and resolves the outstanding issue(s), the quicker your access will be restored.
