The listing input function in connectMLS has a built-in safety net for instances where you were working on a listing and, for whatever reason, you did not save your changes. This can happen if you lose your internet connection, get up from your computer for an extended period of time and get timed out of your session, or you simply forgot to save your changes.
Whatever the case may be, the next time you go to access the listing in Add/Edit, this message comes up:
- Discard Changes will wipe out any changes that were made to the listing since the last time you saved any work. Clicking this button brings you into the listing input form and allows you to continue working on the listing. If you are certain that you don't want to retrieve any lost work, choose this option.
- Recover Changes brings you back into the listing input form, allowing you to review the listing data and save the unsaved work. If you are not sure about the unsaved changes, this is a good option to select.
