Cancel a tour/open house

If you have added a tour or open house to your listing and need to cancel the event, go to Add/Edit> Add/Edit a Tour or Open House:

Enter the list number and click Submit:

Click the X in the Cancel field:

Click OK on the confirmation window:

The event will disappear from the listing, but will remain in the history of events for future reference.

You can access past events (those that have either already occurred or have been cancelled) by clicking the link towards the top left of the window:

That will display all past/cancelled events:

• Ended= the event happened in the past. 
• Cancelled= the list agent cancelled the event.
