When you need to make changes to one of your listings, you probably start the process by either going to the Add/Edit menu or by clicking the Transactions icon to the right of the SmartBar:
- When you go through the Add/Edit menu, you must also know the list number of the property you want to edit.
- If you use the Transactions icon to edit listings, you must also use one or more of the drop-down menus in the upper left to filter your listings by status and/or property type.
Neither of these processes takes an excessive amount of time, but they do require an additional step or two. When you're in a rush, anything that lengthens the process can be frustrating.
Did you know that connectMLS also allows you to edit your listings directly from the listings themselves? This can save you the trouble of having to locate the list number ahead of time or navigate through additional menus to find the correct status/property type.
Regardless of the report you are on (Single Line, Full Detail, etc.), just go to the Additional Info menu or icon and click Edit This Listing:
That will open a menu that has all the available listing management options available for that specific listing:
