Email Expired listings

It is important to be able to email your client Expired listings from connectMLS. Being able to review comparable properties that, for whatever reason, have expired can provide your client vital insight into the market.

When you are setting up an auto email in Connect, you can choose to send your client properties in any status, including Expired listings. Click here for a refesher on setting up an auto email.

However, if you would like to manually email Expired listings, you must do so through the One-time email feature. Click here for additional information on one-time emails.

After selecting your Expired listings and clicking the Email icon in the upper right, you will see the following popup message:

The entire second line of the message is a link- click it to open the one-time email feature:

There is some important information at the top of the window that explains the one-time email process.

A nice feature of sending a one-time email is that you can choose the type of report the recipient will receive. Since this email does not go through the client portal, the recipient will not have access to any of the portal displays or functionality. The listing(s) you send will only display in the report type you have selected.
