Coming Soon effect on CDOM

The Coming Soon period doesn't affect the reset period of CDOM. Meaning, if your old expired/cancelled listing went off the market 85 days ago and you relist the property as a Coming Soon listing with a Go Active date 10 days out, the CDOM will reset to 0 because connectMLS uses the Go Active date to make the listing Active, not the date of when the listing was entered as Coming Soon on the MLS.

Reminder- there must be a minimum of 90 days between the previous expired/cancelled listing and the new one in order for CDOM to reset to zero.
