Export listings to Toolkit CMA

 

As of 3/8/2024, you will only see the option to export to Toolkit CMA from the results of a SF/CO, Residential Rental, Land for Sale or Business for Sale search.

If you have conducted a Multi-Family, Commercial for Sale or Commercial Lease search, you will not see the option to export to Toolkit. For the time being, if you need to export listings in these three property types to Toolkit, you can do so from a Cross Property search. 

The developers are aware of this issue and are working to fix it.

 

 

If you would like to export listings from Connect to your Toolkit CMA:

After you run your search and select the desired listings, go up to the top right and click the export 2024-02-13_11-18-28.jpg icon:

Confirm the listings you would like to export and click Next:

Select the Toolkit CMA fields radio button and click Next:

Choose the type of file to download and click Next:

You should be able to access the downloaded file from the top rightcorner of your browser:

You can now use the downloaded file in your Toolkit CMA program.
