Agent and Client Brief reports

In early 2024, we added several new reports to our connectMLS system:

• Agent Brief
• Agent Brief with Remarks
• Client Brief
• Client Brief with Remarks

These new reports replicate a couple of the more popular legacy displays from Matrix: Photo Report and  Agent Thumbnail (w/Public remarks). These new reports are a great resource for providing some of the most vital property information in a small, easy-to-digest format. Each report includes access to the Additional Info menu and allows you to optionally view all of the listing's photos.

All four reports are available through the   icon in the upper left corner (the same icon you use to access the 3-Up Comparison report):

Note: the five reports in this menu will not appear just by hovering over the   icon. You must click the icon to access the reports.

Here are some of the highlights (using the Agent Brief with Remarks as an example):

1. Click the locate on map icon to plot the listing on a map.
2. Click the parcel ID to view the property's tax record.
3. Access many useful reports (tax reports, listing/property history) and tools (print, email, schedule a showing, etc.) from the Additional Info link.
4. View the list office's information by clicking on the office name.
5. Click the list agent's name to view their contact information or send them an email.
6. Click View Additional Photos to access thumbnail photos of the property. You can enlarge any of the photos and cycle through them like a slideshow.
