Addendum Remarks

The Public Remarks Addendum is a 2400 character field on the Remarks tab in Add/Edit.
It is used as a supplementary field to the Public Remarks, whose capacity is just 1500 characters.
It appears in the Overview section of the report, right beneath the Public Remarks field:
It appears on all Agent and Client detailed reports (Full Detail, One Page, Full, Full-Classic, etc.).
On the Agent and Client versions of the Full Detail and Full Detail w/Photo reports, the field displays automatically.
On the Agent and Client versions of the One Page, Full and Full- Classic reports, there is a link you can click to view/hide these remarks.
The Addendum Remarks only prints on those reports where the field displays automatically. It will not print for reports where you must click the link to open it.
Addendum Remarks are visible in the Client Portal when you email a listing that includes them.
The field is included in syndication feeds to IDX sites, Realtor.com, etc. It is up to the individual sites as to whether they display the information. Some sites do, others choose to not.
