A Reserved Prospect is a buyer or seller who already has an established relationship with the listing broker or agent at the time the listing is entered.
The listing agreement should indicate that there is a reserved prospect. This should also be disclosed on the listing itself.
When entering or modifying a listing in connectMLS, there is a separate field on the Contract tab for identifying if your listing agreement includes a Reserved Prospect clause:
The Reserved Prospect field is required when entering new listings.
