Listing reviews on IDX sites

Your seller has the ability to prevent website visitors from writing comments or reviews about their property or displaying a hyperlink to such comments on IDX sites (such as agent or brokerage websites).

When you are on the Additional Info tab in Add/Edit, there is a field called Internet Consumer Comments Allowed YN:

Note: you will only see this field if you have used the Web Distribution Authorizations field to select to syndicate your listing to IDX sites and/or Realtor.com.
