Exclusions (in Add/Edit)

When listing a property, there are times where certain items are not included in the sale (appliances, light fixtures, etc.).

You can use the Items to be Excluded From Listing field on the Contract tab in Add/Edit to list those things that are not included with the property when it is sold:

The field is only 150 characters long. If this is not enough space to list all of the exclusions, you can enter the rest in the agent to agent remarks section.
