connectMLS Client app

Did you know? Your clients can download the connectMLS app and use it for immediate access to their Client Portal.

After you add someone as a client in connectMLS, it is a good idea to direct them to download the Connect app (search for smartmls in the AppStore for iPhones or the Play Store for Android). 

They can then use the link at the bottom of one of their Connect emails to request a Username and Password for the app:

They will receive a user name and password that they can then use to sign into the smartmls app on their mobile device.

This is a more efficient way for them to access their Portal (rather than having to first go to their email, locate a previous Connect email and tap the  View Details link underneath the listings).

Note: even though this is the same app that you download as an agent, the level of access the app provides is determined by login credentials. When your clients login, the system will detect that they are a client (not an agent) and restrict their access to Portal functionality.
