Change list price

There are several ways for you to change the list price of your listing, depending upon where you are within the program.

If you are currently on the listing, go to the Additional Info menu (it is available on all reports) and click Edit this Listing:

The Edit Listing Price option is close to the top of the list:

The next window shows the Original List Price and the Last (Current) List Price. There is also a third field, List Price, where you enter the new list price:

Just enter numbers in the List Price field- do not enter any punctuation (dollar sign, comma, decimal point, etc.). After you enter the new price, any commas will automatically be added to the price (it will not add a dollar sign or any other punctuation, though).

Click the Save button in the top right when you're done.

You can also change the list price by going to the Add/Edit menu and click Edit Listing Price.
Note: you must already know the list number if you are using this method. There currently is not a lookup feature that allows you to search for the list number from here. We have asked the developers to add that as a future system enhancement:

You can also change your list price by going to Add/Edit> View/Manage My Listings & Transactions:

The benefit of starting the process this way is that you don't have to know the list number ahead of time. The subsequent screen provides several ways for you to easily and quickly find the desired listing:

There are three drop-down menus in the upper left that allow you to quickly filter the listings and access the one you need to edit:

1. The first drop-down allows you to access listings for an individual agent within your office/company. You can also select All Agents to see all listings within your office.
   
   
2. The second menu allows you to filter listings based on their current status.
   
   
3. The third menu allows you to filter listings based on their property type.

You can use any combination of these menus to quickly find the desired listing.

This is a great resource if you are the Broker, Manager or Admin for your office and are in charge of making changes to listings within your office or company. 

Locate the desired listing and click the Edit icon on the right side of the screen.

You will then get a window with all the different listing management options. Click Edit Listing Price:
