Add a virtual tour to your listing

Note: Virtual Tours must be posted to websites that are open to the public (the site cannot require a login in order to access the video).

You can add a virtual tour to a listing while you are entering it, or you can do it after you have saved it (as a Draft, Active or Coming Soon).

If you want to do it while you are initially entering the listing, there is a separate tab for it (Photographers & Virtual Tours):

If you have already saved the listing, go to the Listings menu and click Add/Edit Virtual Tour:

Enter the desired MLS number and click Submit (or use the link to locate the correct listing):

Copy and paste (or type) the URL of the virtual tour into the corresponding Tour URL field and click Save Changes:

As has always been the case, you are only allowed to attach unbranded videos to your listing for use in Connect. If the video markets anything (mortgage company, moving company, etc.) or anyone (agent, broker, builder, lender, etc.) but the property, it will be taken down from the MLS as a violation.

*** We have adjusted the Rules and Regulations surrounding virtual tours to allow agents to be present in (and narrate) their own virtual tour, provided they do not mention their name or that of their office (or any other branding information). As the list agent, you can be out in front of the camera while conducting a virtual tour, as long as you do not identify yourself or your office, or provide any other branding information. ***

Even though the Branded virtual tours will not display in Connect, they can display on IDX sites.
