Search for foreclosures

If you would like to search for properties that are in foreclosure or potential foreclosure, you just have to add a field or two (depending on your needs) to the search screen.

Go to the bottom right of the search screen and click the Add/Remove Fields button:

Use the Filter field at the top of the lefthand column to add the Bank Owned Property field to your search:

You may also want to add the Potential Short Sale field:

Once you're back on the search screen, click within the fields and select the appropriate option:

Note: it is not advisable to use both fields in the same search as they will most likely cancel each other out if you select Yes in each. In most instances, a property will qualify as one or the other, but not both.
