When you are on a map in connectMLS and click the map layers icon , you should see the following window:
If you see just a portion of the window, such as in the image below, it is likely your browser's zoom level is the culprit:
Most programs (including connectMLS) perform best when your browser's zoom level is set to 100%. If you have zoomed in too far (125%, 150%, etc.) you may start experiencing undesired functionality.
In this particular situation, where you cannot see all of the map layers, you should be able to use the scroll bar on the right side of the window (see the red arrow in the image above) to access the resrt of the window.
If you would like to see the entire map layers window (along with all of the check boxes and options) all at once, make sure your browser zoom is set to 100%.
In most major browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox), you can change the zoom directly from the settings menu in the top right corner of the screen.
You can also adjust the zoom by holding down the CTRL button on your keyboard (on windows-based computers) and tapping the plus/minus sign keys. If you're using a Mac keyboard hold down the Command key and tap +/- to adjust the zoom.
Note: depending on the size of your monitor/screen and your display settings (resolution, etc.), you may find that 80% or 90% is the optimal zoom level for your computer. For the vast majority of users, however, 100% is the optimal zoom level.
