If you would like to see the price per square foot calculation for a listing (or group of listings):

After you perform your search and select the desired listing(s), go up to the top right and click the Quick Statistics icon  :

The price per square foot calculation appears for each individual listing:

If you are looking at a group of listings, you can also see the high, low, average and median price per square foot calculations for the group:
