Although our MLS system can accommodate weekly rentals, consumer portals such as Realtor.com are designed only for monthly prices when it comes to Rentals. In the past, they used a workaround where they would display the weekly information in the Rent Frequency field. They are no longer doing this.
Any weekly rentals that had been displaying (incorrectly) on Realtor.com have been completely removed. You will only be able to see these weekly rentals within Matrix.
There are currently no plans for Realtor.com to start supporting weekly rentals.
