Under Contract-Continue to Show and Under Contract listings on Realtor.com

SmartMLS only sends listings to realtor.com that are currently in an available for sale status (Active and Under Contract-Continue to Show).

Once a listing is marked Under Contract on the MLS, that listing is no longer available for sale and will be excluded from the realtor.com feed (it will be updated on their site to show as Pending).

Should the deal for that listing fall through and the listing gets brought back on the market, it will once again be included in our feed to realtor.com and will show as Active on their site.
